Ingredients
6 pieces of fruit (at least 3 different varieties)
1 -2 tbsp honey
2 tsp grated ginger
1 lime (zest and juice)
Handful mint leaves, chopped
Handful toasted nuts (e.g. Hazlenuts or Cashews or Almonds)

Chop the fruit into small pieces and put in a bowl. Mix the honey, ginger, lime zest and juice in a bowl (if you are using set honey you may need to heat a little first). Pour over the fruit and mix gently to coat. Top with mint and toasted nuts. Serve by itself or with yoghurt or cream.
The vegetables are so fresh and keep so much longer than those bought at the supermarket. It's all delicious but some of our favourites are the lettuce mix, spinach and the peppers and courgettes. As for the tomatoes they are so sweet.
