Avocado Feta Salsa

Ingredients

2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 avocado – peeled, pitted and diced
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T fresh parsley, chopped
1 T fresh oregano, choped
2 T olive oil
2 T red or white wine vinegar
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese

Directions

Combine ingredients and gently stir.
