Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients

·1 cup vanilla almond milk
·1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
·1 apple, chopped
·1 pear, chopped
·1-2 cups spinach
·½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
·2 tablespoons rolled oats (optional)
1 chopped and frozen banana (optional)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cups and enjoy!

The vegetables are so fresh and keep so much longer than those bought at the supermarket. It's all delicious but some of our favourites are the lettuce mix, spinach and the peppers and courgettes. As for the tomatoes they are so sweet.
