A delight to grow, tomatillos run wild on here at Frith Farm. 2 1om beds grown and they have taken over 2 more beds. They originally hail from Mexico, where they are adored for their fresh, tangy, citrus-sweet flavour, and used in almost everything. Grill, barbecue, roast or use in stews – but they are best in a salsa verde, where they combine so finely with coriander, garlic and chilli.
